Right now, you’re looking at this website because you know you need help.  You’re a smart person, but you need a guide to make sure the law serves YOU, and you and your family don't get taken advantage of.  Whether your need is immediate (trying to figure out what to do to help an aging parent, or spouse--maybe they are infirm or you are worried about them living alone) or a future concern (you just got engaged, or you just found out you're expecting) and want to make sure your affairs are in order), we want to help you figure out what to do.

I KNOW YOU ARE OVERBURDENED!  Let me take some stuff off your plate today.

We will treat you and your concerns with the respect and attention they deserve.
Whatever the issue or concern may be, it is real and it will be handled by us working WITH you and FOR you.
We will not try to sell you legal services you do not need just to boost my income.
We will not use complicated legal jargon to confuse you.
Let’s work together so we can figure out how our firm can best serve you.

Sodoma Law PLLC offers the following services for residents of Virginia.

$99 Will Checkup/Update!  Limited Availability!
If you live in Virginia and then pass away, your estate and estate plan is subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Did you:
  • Make a will online?
  • Write a will yourself?
  • Have something written by a Virginia lawyer years ago?
  • Move here from elsewhere?
  • Get stationed here?
  • Get married here?
  • Get divorced here?
  • Buy a property here?
  • Retire to Virginia?
Then we should talk as soon as possible.  For a low up-front fee of $99, I will meet with you in person, or videochat with you online to discuss what you've got right now and give you a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" on your will.  If we need to work together to revise what you have, I will let you know and we can come up with a solution so you have PEACE OF MIND.
